R. Kelly, whose latest CD “Write Me Back” has gotten rave reviews performed for his Single Ladies Tour at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, where a second show was added due to popular demand, on Nov 2nd. Kellz infamous hip hopera Trapped in the Closet is due to continue on the IFC channel on Nov 23rd.
Tamia, who dropped her latest album “Beautiful Surprise” in August is on R. Kelly’s Single Ladies Tour as the second act, also performed at the Nokia Theatre on Nov 2nd. What’s great is that “Beautiful Surprise” has sold close to 100,000 copies since it’s release with next to no promotion.
Jay-Z, who owns a small percentage of the Net’s but has smartly manoeuvred himself in position to own everything outright or have a large stake in everything else involving the Net’s such as branding and video games was seen with his wife Beyonce attending the Toronto Raptors vs Brooklyn Nets game at Barclays Center on November 3rd.
Alicia Key’s and her husband Swizz Cheats along with their kids also were at the game.
