As Chris Brown arrived at the Martinez Hotel in the French Riviera and Rihanna rode a  Jet Ski and partied with Magic Johnson and other celebrities, everyone is waiting on pins and needles to see Rihanna and Chris Brown reunite.  Angela Simmons spent the day getting tan on the beach in Miami, while fashionista Solange Knowles visited her sister Beyoncé , at a recording studio in New York.  Did the fan who recreated "Countdown" in his snuggie inspire Beyoncé  on another hit?
